Need extension on pre-expiry renewal

My Intel Parallel Studio XE C++ Edition for Windows license expires on Monday Jan. 19th. I have submitted the request for renewal through my (very large) organization, but it is caught up in bureaucracy and may be late. The price doubles post-expiry. Is it possible for me to get an extension? Tried asking through Intel Premiere Support, but they sent me here.
