My Intel Visual Fortran Composer XE license expired on 9/14/2013; however, it had been renewed by my company but the license was never sent to me so it never was activated. Now I finally have the renewal license serial number but Intel's registration web site will not let me renew because the original license is expired. Can this be resolved short of buy the product again?
