Need licence transferring from former company employee

Hi

Someone who used to work at our company has one of our licence keys registered on their account but we can't get it back.

Can this key be moved to my own account? I saw someone else make a similar request here.

For privacy reason and since we need to exchange serial number info, etc., and since you said you have an account, could you please submit a request to  Intel(R) Premier Support (IPS) https://premier.intel.com/ ? We need the serial number you want to transfer.
