Need to register new licenses

Hi,

The person who looked after our Intel Fortran and VTune licenses has left the company and no one remaining knows his login for license management. Our license server machine has failed so at the moment we are offline. I have renewal serial numbers which I don't seem to be able to register. I need to get our Fortran licenses back up as quickly as possible.
