Need to reinstall Intel Visual Fortran

I had to uninstall my copy of Visual Fortran and reinstall it to link it with an older version of visual studio (2005). When trying to reinstall, I received the error message that my serial # was no longer valid. When choosing the license file option, I received the message that my licence file (emailed to me 1 month ago) was not valid.

How do I proceed with the installation?
