No OpenGL under Win7/Vista with Core i3 (only GDI Generic)

Hello,

in order to support Intel GPUs I have setup a test PC using Win XP, Vista, and Win7 (all 32bit editions) on a new Gigabyte motherboard (GA-H55M-UD2H) with an Intel Core i3 (HD Graphics). Testing all available drivers (including the latest 15.17.1.2086 / 8.15.10.2086) I cannot get OpenGL to run under Vista or Windows 7. XP is fine but under Vista/Win7 I only get the default Microsoft "GDI Generic" implementation. The driver installation shows no problems and DirectX seems to be ok.

I updated the motherboard BIOS, installed, re-installed drivers etc. but with no luck so far.

I conntacted Intel support, they said I should contact Gigabyte (???), and they said I should contact Intel support...

Some output from dxdiag.exe:
