No serial number for evaluation version?

Hi,

I downloaded an evaluation version of Intel® Visual Fortran Composer XE for Windows* 2013 SP1. But I didn't get a serial number or license file. When I installing it, I have only one choice to select "Evaluate this product" at the Activation tab. After installing the software, it doesn't work! Other ways all require a serial number or license file. What should I do?

Hello Yun,

I have sent the license file to you, please have a look. Let me know if you got further questions.

Thank you.

I am also having this issue with my evaluation copy.  Running ifort as root seems to work, but I can't figure out how to make it work for a user.  I never received an email with attached license file like I've seen other posts mention and this OP sounded the most like what I'm seeing.  Here's hoping you can help me too!

Error: A license for FCompL is not available (-76,61026,2).

License file(s) used were (in this order):

1. Trusted Storage

** 2. /opt/intel/composer_xe_2013_sp1.3.174/Licenses

** 3. /home/<user>/intel/licenses

** 4. /opt/intel/licenses/*.lic

** 5. /Users/Shared/Library/Application Support/Intel/Licenses

** 6. /opt/intel/composer_xe_2013_sp1.3.174/bin/intel64/*.lic

Hi,

I have the same problem. I get neither a serial number nor a license file in the email. Can you send me the license file too?

Thanks!

ps. It seems that this happens to your evaluation version frequently. Can you check your email system and make it automatically send the license file with the email?
