Not able to login to http://premier.intel.com/ for a long time

Hi,

I have a valid Intel IPP license. But I cannot loginto http://premier.intel.com/ for months. I sent email to quadsupport@mailbox.intel.com 2 times. But nobody answered me so far.

I tried to find Intel CS support phone # @ intel.com, but I just cannot. What should I do?

Hai,

Everything looks ok with your Intel® Premier Support account. To make sure your account is really active, I did a reset. Could you please check again and if you still cannot login, let me know.

Thanks for your reply. I am so glad someone can help me.

But unfortunately, I just tried to login to premier.intel.com, I still cannot.

I attached the error message as following:

"You are attempting to access Intel Premier Support but you do not have a user account.

If you continue to have problems, please contact Intel Customer Support.

Customer Support may be contacted via email at quadsupport@mailbox.intel.com."

Hai,
You had an account mismatch (two conflicting login IDs). I consolidated your account settings now (sent via private message).

Can someone help me with the same issue?  I can't log on to  http://premier.intel.com/.  Then, I clicked on "Forgot password", got a temporary password, reset to new password, still cannot log in.  thanks!
