Not authorized to access premier support

Despite login success, I can't access website premier.intel.com.

I need authorization for access that site??

The Intel(R) Video Pro Analyzer currently does not offer IPS support.  Someone from the development team will contact you directly for assistance.  You can also post questions in the Media forum here: https://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/intel-media-sdk
