Not possible to register product due to account error

Hello,

I bought the Intel Composer XE 2013 with two floating licenses. But if I go to the registration center it tells me, that there is an error with my account preventing it to register the serial number. Has anybody had a similar experience and could show me how to resolve this problem. Or at least tell me who I should talk to?

Your account is incomplete due to any reason. It doesn't have a login and thus you cannot register a product serial number. Could you please tell me the serial number (via 'Send Author A Message')?
