When run de instalation the program send an error, "processor not compatible with printer, your processor is PII, need a processor PIII o newer". what can i do? I need to change the printer? are there a new driver for the printer? thanks.

Since Windows(?) is reporting your P4 -- i3 as a PII I am guessing you are running virtulization software.

You are going to need to check with HP and you hypervisor vendor to see what hardware devices your system supports.

If you don't get any help here in the Intel® Server Room, Ask An Expert community, you may want to try asking your computer or printer manufacturer for assistance.
