Older Intel Integrated Graphics and DirectX Versions

I need to confirm which minimum DirectX version I need to support in my product in order to operate on ALL Intel Integrated Graphics units, including very old ones. The FAQ lists a lot of chip sets and says all are supported under DX9.0c. What's not 100% clear to me is whether there are other, older chip sets that might not be in the table but might still be out on the market. I'm developing an educational app, and those folks keep machines forever. I just want to be very sure that I'm making a solid technical decision in requiring Windows 2000 with DX9.0c as my baseline. Thanks.
