Is there any way of obtaining MKL 11.2.4 for use with OSX 10.9.5?

The Community License provides free access to the latest version of Intel® Performance Libraries. Commercial licenses allow access to older versions via Intel(R) Registration Center https://registrationcenter.intel.com
