Hi there,
I am rather old in Fortran, but new in this subject: I have a GPS and
want to use Visual Fortran for Windows to read the character string that the GPS sends to the serial port of my PC. I have tried to use
the commands OPEN and READ with no success.
Can anybody help?
Thanks in advance,
Vassilis

See the SPORT_xxx routines that are new in CVF 6.1. Normal Fortran I/O is no good for this sort of thing.
