PXCSenseManager::Enable3DSeg() incorrect behaviour

There is a bug in this method.

I am testing this module on a non supported device (Asus T100 with an Intel Atom), and it should not be possible to enable it.

But, Enable3DSeg() is returning PXC_STATUS_NO_ERROR in my machine, which is clearly wrong.

My application is allowed to continue, and then it crashes. This can be checked easily by starting 3dseg.exe on an unsupported device. It starts the camera, and then it crashes.

This is a known issue and the platform with integrated Intel 3D camera will always be qualified. Thanks!
