Parallel Studio XE and IPP Licenses have Expired/Disappeared Prematurely

I purchased renewals for academic versions of Parellel Studio XE and IPP on June 29, 2011. I had been receiving update notifications and downloading for many months without any issues. Due to an illness, I was not able to download the April and May updates for which I received e-mail notification. Today (June 2, 2012) when I attempt to get the updates, I find that (a) neither product appears in "my products" list (even when I choose to show expired licenses), (b)attempts to re-register the IPP serial number result in an "invalid serial number" error message, (c) attempts to re-register the Parallel Studio XE serial number just cause the page to wait/hang forever, and eventually time out (running IE9 on Windows 7), (d) occasionally I get a page with a message that says there are multiple e-mail addresses associated with my account, but attempting to fill out that form and enter the serial numbers to be tied to the correct e-mail address result the same message repeating over and over.

Any assistance in getting this cleared up would be much appreciated. I have a couple months of updates to download.
