Parser for Intel Cellular Logs

What tools are available to parse the Hex cellular logs that are extracted from Mobile that is using Intel Chipset into the understandable language?

We have tried the latest Intel System Studio Debugger and System Trace Tool but there was no use so can you suggest any other way?
