Pitfalls upgrading from 5.0D standard to 6.6 Pro

I would appreciate some tips on avoiding any pitfalls, or workarounds, that users have found when upgrading to 6.6 (standard or Professional). I am a happy user of Digital Fortran Standard 5.0D, but have put in an order for an upgrade to V6.6 Pro.
Among problems I recall reading about here are failure to get the Help to appear correctly, problems with C and Fortran library search orders, DevStudio Infoviewer problems etc. etc. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
What I want to avoid are loads of error messages when I try and recompile and load my existing projects and easy access to ALL the help available for CVF and DevStudio.
