It looks like you're installing the C++ composer update. That's an outdated version.

I am going to move this question to our licensing forum. If you selected evaluation, it should have installed Fortran. Are you sure you didn't customize the install and deselect Fortran?

Hi mehdi,
According to our registration database, you have two evaluation licenses. One is for Intel® Parallel Studio XE Cluster Edition for Linux*, which expired on 5/11/2016. Another is for Intel® Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for Fortran and C++ Linux*, which will expire on 7/12/2016. So you should be able to install IPS XE Composer Edition for Linux. Since we don't ship IPS XE Composer Edition for Fortran and C++ on Linux, you will have to download either IPS XE Composer Edition for Fortran or and IPS XE Composer Edition for C++ on Linux.
Please log into https://registrationcenter.intel.com/en/products/, and download "Intel® Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for Fortran Linux*" Version 2016.

Mehdi says that it was the Cluster Edition that was downloaded. Note that Advisor, Inspector and VTune were listed though I don't see any cluster tools. I wonder if the issue is that Mehdi was using the "online installer" and had previously installed with Fortran not selected.

What OS (distribution and version) are you running?
You pointed it at a license file, which would be unusual for an evaluation (I don't see that you have any non-evaluation licenses.) Please use "Send author a message" and attach or copy in the license file you are using. (Don't include it here in the forum.)
