Problem Adding Speech To SDK

Hi ,  i am trying to add speech recognition English Command and control , 

i am using SR300 Camera , SDK 2016 R1

this is offline installer

it is showing following error.Untitled_0.png

after complete re-installation.

Try removing temp files ,restart system, and then complete re-installation.
