Hi,
I can't get most of the C# samples to run. When calling PXCMSenseManager.Init() it always returns the status "PXCM_STATUS_ITEM_UNAVAILABLE".
I installed the latest drivers (C3DG_0800_PCAPP_DRV_EN_1_00_07.exe) and SDK (intel_rs_sdk_offline_4.0.0.112526.exe) and the camera is correctly shown in device manager. I'm running an i5 system.
Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like you're missing the DCM (Depth Camera Manager). It's a separate download and install from te website. There's 2 versions posted - 1.2 (which goes with existing firmware) and now 1.3 which also must be able to upgrade your firmware (so if 1.3 fails, try 1.2).

Have any samples (any language) run? How many cameras do you see in Device Manager. What OS are you running?

The only sample that works is the emotion viewer, it's the same for the other programming languages. I see two F200 cameras in the device manager, one Depth and one RGB, also the laptop integrated webcam. I'm running Windows 8.1.
Edit: I found the Problem, I forgot to install the Depth Camera Manager. after installing everything now works fine.

I downloaded the Beta2 version (intel_rs_dcm_r200.2.0.3.2548) for the R200. Do I need the F200 DCM too even though I only have an R200 sensor?

Jane - are you sure you have an R200 camera (they're not shipping from Intel orders yet). If you have an R200, you only need the 2.0.3 DCM. If you in fact have an F200, you need a 1.x DCM.
