Product not listed on premier support

Hello Intel.

I have a commercial license of XE Professional Edition for C++ Windows which should be valid until mid-august 2015.

I can log into Premier Support, but when I click "Submit Issue", no product appear under the "Select a Product" and I am unable to continue.
