Publishing an App on Apple Store

Hello everyone,

I have heard that to publish an app on the Apple Store, MacBook as well as Xcode is required. Using Intel XDK , is that possible to publish the app without having those two?

You will need a Mac running the latest version of Application Loader (available with a developer account). You can not upload to the store on a PC.
