Hi,
I recently bought the Intel RealSense f200 camera and am not able to use it for anything other than a webcam. I Purchased a new computer just to use this camera, specs are as follows:
CPU: Intel i5 6500
Motherboard: Asus z170m-Plus
RAM: 8GB DDR4
OS: Windows 10 Pro x64 version 10.0.10586.36
I currently have DCM 1.4.27.41944 and RealSense SDK Runtime 7.0.23.8048 installed
The camera and Microphone work fine for Skype, cortana ect. however when i try to setup Windows Hello the camera appears to turn on and then the image freezes as the Green LED on the Camera turns off (with the Windows Disconnected device noise) and this process repeats, these are accompanied by the following Event logs
Package Microsoft.BioEnrollment_10.0.10586.0_neutral__cw5n1h2txyewy+App was terminated because it took too long to suspend.

Please uninstall current DCM and try to install your DCM to latest via windows update or force to install to latest under device manager. The DCM version should be 1.4.27.52404 under latest windows 10 TH2. Thanks!

Thank you for this advice
I have done as requested as well as purchased a powered USB Hub, the camera is now working fine after a week of light testing.
Thanks
Paul
