Recover Licenses and Installation

Hi,

My name is Andy. My company purchased three Intel Visual Fortran compilers before. But the person that manages it passed away due to a sudden heart attack. As a result, we don't have any means of getting the software working again since that person was the only one knew where and how about the installation and licenses. Can anyone help me with this situation? We currently have a large project and need to get it up and running. Please contact me at agao@pppl.gov

We have two seat for windows and one seat for MAC.
