Redistributables Up to Date?

I just upgraded to VF 6.5a.
Looked at the version of DFORRT.DLL in system32 folder- 6.5.822.101
Downloaded the Redistributables from the download page, dated 12-Sep-2000 ( it claims to be the latest one)
Looked at the version of DFORRT.DLL in it - 6.5.763.0

Is this okay?
Can I develope against version 6.5.822.101 and send the redistributable version 6.5.763.0?
Or is the redistributable not up to date?
We just sent out the above redistributables with exe's developed with VF6.1a with the anticipation of upgrading our developement machines to VF6.5a.
Do we need to stay at VF6.5?
I'm confused.

Hmm - I THOUGHT I had updated the web page appropriately! I wonder what happened. I'll fix it. The 6.5A redistributables package is here.
