Referenced SDK components are not registered on the machine or SDK root directories not found

So, I get this error:

Referenced SDK components are not registered on the machine or SDK root directories not found:

Samples SDK Root from environement variable

"RSSDK_DIR".

I do have the (C:/Program%20Files%20(x86)/Intel/RSSDK/data/sample_browser/) file. Not really sure where to go/ what to do.

Further, When I downloaded the program, it said it did not detect the camera. Not sure how to get the computer to turn the camera on. It turns on for a split second when I plug it in, but then it turns off. And yes, it is plugged into a USB 3 port.

Thanks for any help.

Matt

you have to create an environment variable RSSDK_DIR={PATH TO RSSDK FOLDER} in the system properties environment variables section
