Registering Support License - Getting 'You can't do that'.

We upgraded our license from Cluster Studio to Cluster Studio XE -

I'll publish the keys - once you make this private.

I can't register my key - because I'm not getting added support for the SAME product.

But, It's what the intel salesman sold me ...

So, Please fix this.
