I had a license for Intel Visual Fortran Compiler Professional Edition with IMSL that the support expired. I obtained a renewal license and activated that for my original license, then found out that the wrong license type was provided to me. I was provided a renewal license for Intel Visual Fortran Compiler Professional Edition but needed on for Intel Visual Fortran Compiler Professional Edition with IMSL. This error was fixed and I was sent the correct license type. Now when I try to go in and renew the license I get the message, All of your matching serial numbers have already been renewed. You may register only one serial number beyond your currently supported serial number. What can I do to get this issue resolved and get my license renewed and be able to install IMSL.
