Registration Failed for unknown reason

When I try to install intel fortran and c++ compilers I puchased in September 2010, using the Serial Number that was emailed to me with the purchase, I get the following error:

Registration failed for unknown reason. Please go to
www.intel.com/software/products/support/ for your support options.

The version I am trying to install is 11.1.073. I noticed I can no longer download this version.

What is the corrective action for this?
