Registration center issue

Hi,

I've been trying to download the license for Intel® Parallel Studio XE Cluster Edition for Linux from the registration center, but no matter which browser I use (I tried Firefox, Chrome and even Edge) it does not work. It looks like a redirection loop or some issue with the website.

Anyone with same issues, or any idea how to solve this?

What I do is:

1. Go to Registration Center website
2. Login and click in Serial Numbers tab
3. Click on the serial number link of the product
4. Link does not work

Update 9.12.2019: I sent an email to Intel Customer Support and they fixed the issue with my account very quickly.

Okay, something is really wrong with my account and with Intel's website. If I go to Products List tab and click, for example, in the download link for the Intel® Math Kernel Library for Linux, I am redirect to a registration website where my email is auto filled.

Even though I already have an account, I tried to complete the form but the "Creat account" button does absolutely nothing.
