Registration error for personal/academic license

Hello,

    I have requested and received serial numbers for the linux versions of MKL and Composer XE under a non-comercial license and can download the packages, but the computer I need to install on is a gentoo box and thus requires a license file. I have tried to use the serial numbers provided to register and receive a license file but I get the following error:

"Our records indicate that the serial number you provided has already been registered. Please check your records and try again. If you feel you have received this message in error,"

Since those serial numbers are for ncu licenses I can't register for premier support to submit a bug. Am I missing something? Help!
