Registration of Multiple Licenses

I looked through the knowledgeBase, trying to find a way to enter 20 distinct serial numbers of software. I found that (http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/multiple-serial-number-registration/#comment-66261) this is possible and followed the instructions. I received all of the keys via email (yeah!).

What's the problem?
None of the keys I entered are listed on my account. Who owns them? How do I get them back onto my account, so that they are listed in the myProducts page?
