I just installed a DG31GL at a customer and found myself facing a problem.
The Philips 190BW9CB/19" supports 16805x1050 and I enabled that resolution in XP Pro.
However, theimage was a litlle bit out of the left side of the monitor, so I checked in the advanced tab of the Intel GMA.
The screen went blank showin"can't dsiplay this mode- switch to 1680x1050 60 Hz". I don't remember what I changed but I figured that removing the driver and installing it again would solve the problem. But it didn't. I tried a manual installation speifying the correct resolution, another one with the -override but none worked. So far, the customer is sticked in 1024x768 output. So, is there any way to completely remove the monitor settings before reinstalaling the driver? (I used the latest one provided on the DG31GLdownloads support)?
