Request for changing available period

I bought a floating license and I am trying to register host information; however, I can't find "Manage" link for the serial number at the registration center website. It seems that the available period will start from May 2015. I want to use the license as soon as possible. Would you kindly change the period? Thank you for taking your time.

I do not see any floating license registration under your name and email. Apparently something has failed with your license registration. Please let me know the serial number (via "Send Author A Message" to protect confidential data).
