Hi Support,
I'm trying to download my license file but :
- I've got an error when I tryied the "Export licenses to cv" button
- I do not receive any email when I tryed the "email liceses to me" button

Hi Bruno,
I am not sure why you are trying to export the license file to cv but I will investigate this issue. It is likely that when you clicked "email license to me" the license was sent to the owner of the license, not to you, given you are a user associated with the license but not the owner. In any case I have forwarded the license to you. Please confirm you have received it.
