Request to release activation

I'm changed my computer and I uninstalled  the Intel Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for C++ Windows 2016 from old computer.

When I try to install the Intel Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for C++ Windows 2016 on new computer, I have the following error:

"Maximum serial numbers of activations exceeded".

How I can install the Intel Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for C++ Windows 2016 on my new computer?

I want to release activation of my some products.
