Restrictions for Intel XDK commercial use

Hi,

  It's not clear to me. What restrictions do you have when you create apps with Intel XDK for commercial purpouse?
 

Do you have to buy an Intel License?

For example, with Unity you pay license if you get more than 100000 in sales
