I've tried to upload a new version of my app  to Google Play, but  I get this message

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Upload failed

You uploaded an APK that is signed with a different certificate to your previous APKs. You must use the same certificate. Your existing APKs are signed with the certificate(s) with fingerprint(s):

[ SHA1: E5:28:A5:01:71:7E:B4:B0:13:29:0E:91:49:8C:06:0D:B5:80:10:55 ]

and the certificate(s) used to sign the APK you uploaded have fingerprint(s):

[ SHA1: 1E:4E:54:8C:0C:4D:36:E1:6F:C9:C1:6F:18:5A:AD:F7:77:97:66:C7 ]

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

All the apps of my account have disappeared,

What is the solution to upload new versions of my app ?

Hi Miguel,

I recommended that you email your request to html5tools@intel.com to request your SHA-1 Fingerprint. You will need to provide your username/email and application ID as well as name.
