I own a copy of Intel Fortran compiler. I had a disastrous hard drive crash and lost my original installation. But when I go to the registration site and log in, it tells me I don't have any registered products. When I enter the serial number of my product, it tells me the serial number is already registered, and doesn't give me an option to download my product.
What is going on? Why can't I access my (expensively bought) product?

I have a licensed copy of parallel studio xe 2015 running on a Linux OS. I downloaded the 2016 upgrade and successfully installed it. While trying to remove the 2015 version I removed the entire installation folder. On trying to re-install, install.sh runs but then says all the components have already be installed. How do I get around this problem? I need to re-install ASAP.

Hi everyone,
I have made a new registration in Intel for a non comercial license of Intel® Parallel Studio XE Cluster Edition for Windows* (all tools). When I am trying to activate it whith the serial number given by email, I get de following error "Install program failed to establish Internet connection for activation".
So that, I choose the alternative activation, but when I register my product in https://registrationcenter.intel.com/en/products/ it also it tells me that the serial number is already registered.
What I have to do now?

Thanks for your swift reply. I have already read those steps, but as I commented above everytime I try to register my product with the serial number given I get a mesage which tells me that my serial number is already registered. That is why I am not able to get the license file.
