Source not showing up in Parallel Amplifier displays under Windows 7

When I run the Parallel Amplifier it works OK on the sample matrix application building under MSVS2008. Source shows up in the PA windows, outputs as per the Getting Started guide.

But running it on my application I get the output window saying that the code is outside any known module and unknown frame(s).

I've made the configuration changes mentioned in the Getting Started guide.

Anyone had this problem and fixed it?

I now have source showing with PA after building with the Intel C++ compiler under MSVS2008. The change to Intel C++ was remarkably simple. (I had a few problems moving the code from Linux to MSVC++.) I also installed the latest Parallel Amplifier but no difference building with MSVC++ under MSVS2008 with respect to code showing.
