Starting iOS game problem

I have made a build for iOS, and have it on my phone.

But everytime I start the game I get this pop-up "index.html. Exported games won't work until you upload them..." then I need to click "OK" to start it.

What do I need to do to remove this pop-up ?

I've never heard of such a popup. I'm guessing that you used Construct2 to create your game? If so, their export process is not something we have information on, you should take your question to the Scirra site. If my assumption is incorrect, please try debugging using the Debug tab.
