Subcontractor and floating license

Hello!

We are using Intel Visual Fortran Composer XE 2013 and we have a floating license with two simultaneous users. We are planning to use a subcontractor to develop our software product also. Can they use the same floating license as we are or do they need their own licenses?

I tried to find the license terms and conditions but couldn't find them anywhere.
