The connection to the server was unsuccessful

Hello,

I have generated my Android app and when installed on my mobile, the app launched but I get this warning:

"tHE CONNECTION TO THE SERVER WAS UNSUCCESSFUL.(FILE:///ANDROID_ASSET/WWW/INDEX.HTML).

Any idea why I am getting this please?
