The image is frozen

Dear all, 

I have a very unhappy experience with the real sense camera V2. I don't know why the the image is frozen suddenly even when I just run the capture view. At the beginning, I tried to unplug and plugin the camera several times and it worked for some time if I always keep the capture view running. But from last week, I don't know why the camera only work about 10 seconds even when I just run the capture view. I don't why? could you please help me or give me some clu?

I download and install the newest sdk(4.0.0.52526) depth camera Manager(1.3.20) and my OS is windows8.1

It may be somehow related to the drivers.

Uninstall the SDK and the DCM with the camera plugged in, then install the SDK and the DCM again. And reboot.
