The license file provided is invalid

Hello

We have a license Server with two floating licenses for Intel Parallel Studion 2011. When I try to install Intel parallel Studio 2011 (with older build date as the expired license) I got the error: "The license file provided is invalid".
Can anyone please help me with this. Thanks in advance

Hello,

I sent you the license file.

Please be sure that you have removed all licenses for the previous Intel® Parallel Studio XE product (beta and eval included).
They will be found here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Intel\Licenses

Or here:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Intel\Licenses

Then, place the license file I sent you in the path and directory above. Reinstall the product, choosing to use the existing license, which should now show up as the one you just placed in the location above.
