The right download?

I am downloading a Fortran compiler and would like to pick the right one. I am running Vista Home Premium on a Lenovo desktop with an Intel Core2 Quad CPU 6600 @2.4Ghz, 4Gb of memory. It looks like I need Intel Visual Fortran for IA-32 but I dont know if Visual Studio is part of my OS (I definitly didnt add it). Need help before mistakes.

The current 11.1 compiler has the VS2008 shell rather than the VS2005 PPE (similar functionality).
