TimeOut and XDK Freeze

Hello,

 

since 2 days i' have timeout error message and Intel XDK looks freeze and doesn't respond to any clic any where except i'm able to move it anywhere, but can't close it.

there is also no refresh button anywherre in the UI, so why the message is talking about it ?

The XDK relies on access to some backend cloud services, if it has trouble accessing those services you will see this error. Typically it is caused by having trouble with the login service. You can logout by pushing the "person" icon in the upper right of the XDK. It could also mean that you have an erratic network connection.
