Transfer floating license registration to upgrade host name

I use the floating license version of Intel Parallel Studio XE for Windows.  The host name of the FlexLM license server has changed.  I need to create a new license file, but the individual whose email/account the product was registered with is no longer with our company.  Please help ASAP!

Thank you.  I have two recommendations at this point.  Since the registered owner has left your company, I can initiate a license transfer.  This would be the best option, but depending on details could take up to 3 business days.  A more immediate solution (but less ideal) is to register the license to your account as well.  A floating license can be registered to multiple users as administrators.  Either of these options will give you the ability to modify the license server information.  Which would you prefer?
