Transfer licence

We have an Intel Visual Fortran license, but the user who had registered this software is no longer with the company.  Can you please help me to transfer this license to a new user.  Thanks,

I assume the request is to transfer the license to another user within the same domain, @Halliburton.com. Please send me the SN and the full name and email of the new user IN A PRIVATE MESSAGE.
